The 1st Test starts down-under on Thursday night. All eyes will be on Michael Clarke as he joins back up with his Aussie team mates following his recent high-profile break up.
I feel as he has a point to prove so you can take the 11/2 on offer that he will be the Australian top batsman with Sky Bet.
The weather is set fair for Wellington and with only 2 draws in their last 10 hosted matches I think we can safely assume the draw is not going to happen. The toss does not seem to be that important in deciding matches at Wellington which takes the "chance" factor of winning the toss being all important out of the game.
This means the better team in theory should win the game. Australia have been showing fantastic form since the Ashes and I cannot see anyway that they are not going to win this game. New Zealand batting line up looks weak, although Australia have a few injuries they should have more than enough to win this game in 4 days.
